INITIAL ONE-YEAR PERIOD FOR CAIRDE BEAG COMMUNITY CHILDCARE IN WEST
CLARE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery
of high-quality care and learning opportunities for children, based on
the needs and interests of those children. They will be tasked with
ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by staff; the
support and professional development of staff; oversight of daily
operations; oversight of curriculum, programme planning, reporting and
documentation. They will also be responsible for day-to-day budgetary
management with the support of CLDC finance staff.
The successful candidate will have a graduate (Level 8) qualification,
management/supervisory experience in a childcare setting and the
ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy early childhood education
environment with a high level of professionalism. For full job
